This project located in Balmain, Sydney showcases climate responsive design strategies, highlighting an iterative process of designing and modifying the building envelope properties to enhance the livability and environmental comfort. By continually comparing the performance of the base model to the iterative process, the project optimises energy efficiency and comfort. Derived from a rigorous site analysis, the design and layout underwent continual adaptations to deliver a comfortable living space for a family of three.
