Located in Darlington, Sydney, this Terrace house build project was tailored to meet the unique requirements of its clients. With a need to work from home, one client being an artist and the other a psychiatrist, this design incorporated an artist studio, gallery and a home office for patient consultations. To accommodate visitors, a spare bedroom was included, along with two bathrooms for added convenience. Despite the limited land size of 120m2, this project showcases the successful integration of functionality and style in a compact urban environment.
